A Camping We Will Go!!!

So you may be wondering what adventures I have been up to of late. Here is a picture guide.

2 weekends ago I went to a friends cabin down near Bryce National forest.

This was a picture taken to show my coordination with the color scheme.
The cabin crew minus 2.

The girls.

My good friend April and I.

This weekend I headed out to the west desert to celebrate Cambree's 4th annual 21st birthday. There ended up being a lot of boys there and not so many girls. Luckily our friends Camille and Kandis joined up last minute so Cambree and I didn't have to handle all those boys on our own.

Although I am perfectly capable of building a fire, it wasn't worth the effort when there were already 8 boys getting the job done.

This is Jake taking a picture of me taking a picture of him on Saturday morning. Darian is still looking a little sleepy-eyed in the background.

A big beetle I came across. Maybe an inch to an inch and a half long.

We went out to shoot some guns but chose to take pictures of nature instead. The last time I went shooting I ended up with a huge bruise from the kick-back.

This is lone peak. It was directly across from where we went to go shoot some guns.

I took this picture of through binoculars.

After shooting we headed out to find the Dugway Geode Beds. We accidentally took the scenic route out there (a.k.a. off roading) which ended up being a ton of fun!

We found a watering trough. Exciting!

Cambree buckling up for safety.

We finally arrived and were excited to be there.

They recommend digging 1-4 feet down to find good geodes, so I took a couple swings with the pickax.

The roads made everything incredibly dusty, even Jake.

The inside of one of the geodes I decided to keep.

My two geodes. The little one is cool because it is inverse.

Ha ha. With the dust I'm guessing you didn't get stuck in the mud? Did you hear about our boys' night adventure?

Cool-that looks like fun! I've never heard of that geode place-that's pretty cool that you can dig up your own.
